  • Selection Process: Participation in the Show is contingent on the selection process, and not all applicants will be chosen to appear on the Show. We reserve the right to disqualify applicants at our discretion.

  • Filming and Content: If selected, you agree to be filmed and recorded for the Show, and you grant us the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and other content for promotional and broadcast purposes.

  • No Compensation: Participation in the Show is voluntary. Unless otherwise agreed, participants will not receive compensation for their participation.

  • Ownership of Content: By submitting your application, including any video or other materials, you grant SufferLab a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, and display the submitted content in connection with the Show. You agree that SufferLab owns all rights, title, and interest in any content submitted during the application process.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and video footage related to the SufferLab TV show, is the property of SufferLab, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees of Outcome: The Show is a competition, and there are no guarantees of success or prizes for participants.

  • No Endorsements or Sponsorships: Participation in the Show does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by any third party, unless explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SufferLab, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your participation or inability to participate in the Show.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party associated with the Show.

  • Any errors or omissions on the Website.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SufferLab, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:
